UX / Product Design - Build on user and market research to analyze user needs and fine tune experience.  Identify gaps and inspire teams to develop new and engaging products.

Collaboration - Lead, mentor and grow motivated teams that partner cross-functionally to identify innovations, new streams of business and bring ideas to life through wireframes and MVPs
